Introduction
It's a highly sophisticated, smartly designed bench-top Analyzer for Clinical Chemistries and Immunoassays. State of the art electronics and very simple mechanics with few moving parts, will assure you utmost efficiency and reliability in day by day performance. Patients and tests are automatically selected. It does optimize work load running up to 18 different chemistries per patient at a time. The software allows the operator to program the entire daily routine without dividing it into different batches. Reagent tray can by easily removed by the operator for refrigeration. Reaction segment can be replaced without reprogramming the instrument.
Technical Features
It's performed 200 test/hour & holds 40 patients (4 segments with 10 sample cups each) plus 1 segment with 6 Standards and 2 Controls. Removable reagent tray with 18 reagent containers 25 ml volume it's runs up to 18 different chemistries at a time.
OPERATION : it's optimized special keyboard with 34 clinical chemistry keys for simple and quick programming. Up to 50 different chemistries are user programmable. Both single and double reagent chemistries are possible. All results are based on multiple readings and printed both in absorbance and concentration. Programmed to run end point, kinetic, fixed, fixed time, bichromatic and differential determinations with or without Reagent Blank correction, against a factor, a standard. 7 different calculation algorithms for non-linear analysis. Floppy disk storage for calibration curves. Automatic flagging for instrumental anomalies, abnormal values, substrate depletion in enzymes, non-linear results, blanks out of range, control out of range, etc.
PHOTOMETER : Multi wavelenght photometer with narrow band interference filters, 340, 405, 492, 510, 546, 578, 620 nm. Halogen lamp. Absorbance range 3.0 A - Resolution 0.0001 A. Micro-flow-cell, 50 ml total volume, temperature controlled at 37°C ± 0.1°C Peltier effect.
FLUID HANDLING : High precision micro-processor controlled DILUTER Module. Sample aspiration from 3 ml to 100 ml with 0.5 ml increments. Reagent dispensing from 5 ml to 900 ml. Reagent used: 400/500 ml per test.
INCUBATION : 114 reaction cells (6 segments of 19 cells each) temperature controlled at 37°C.
COMPUTER : IBM compatible, with video VGA 9", hard disk, floppy disk of 1,44 Mb, 40 columns graphic printer, outlet for external printer and bidirectional interface RS232C for linking to host computer.
